Flossing daily helps to remove food debris and prevent bacteria from the areas that sometimes regular brushing cannot reach. Gently guide the floss between teeth and run carefully up and down the side of each tooth, taking care to clean just under the gum line. Repeat the process for each space using a clean section of floss each time.
